My parents and Reggie's parents came to our house on Christmas Eve. We met at church and then came home and ate some appetizers. We all woke up to SANTA!!! Reggie was hoping that Maddie would be more excited than she was. Here are some pictures of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Aldeen Christmas
The weekend before Christmas, all of my family got together at my parents to celebrate Christmas. Jason and Marissa, Jenny and Lyle and my parents were all there. It was nice to spend the weekend with everyone. Here are some pictures of Maddie and Emma opening presents at the Aldeen Christmas.

Putting up the tree
On the Saturday after Thanksgiving we put up the Christmas tree. Maddie helped put it up and hang up the ornaments. The fake ones are definitely less work but maybe we will have to start going and getting a real one. Here are some pictures of the fun times!!
Thanksgiving
This Thanksgiving we went to the Aldeen's on Thursday and then Becker's on Friday. Jason and Marissa announced that they are pregnant and expecting in June. I am looking forward to being an aunt again. Hopefully they don't take too much time away from Grandma and Grandpa!!
This year at the Becker's we had 3 people from China come. Reggie's sister Penny works at the U of M, Morris and volunteered to have them stay with them for the weekend since the campus shut down. They had a good time seeing all of the family. They don't get to see that many babies since they are only allowed 1 child.

Friends
Sorry it has been so long since I posted. Nothing has really happened in the last few weeks. Both of the girls have been sick, but are now better. This last weekend the Grenier's came to visit. One of our other friends had a 30th birthday party and they came from Fergus Falls to go to it. Here are some pictures of their boy Carson (18 months) and Maddie playing. There were a few times that we had to break up a fight.

Happy Birthday
On Saturday we celebrated Madalynn's 2nd Birthday with an Elmo theme. We had between 15-20 people there. Both Grandparents, Jenny and Lyle, Penny and the kids, Ginger and Bria, and Jay all came. It was fun and Maddie had a BLAST!! I still can't get over that I have a 2 year old!
Trick or Treat
Madalynn went Trick or Treating as a witch this year. Emma was a duck. Madalynn loved going to the houses and getting candy. She would run from house to house. This year was much more fun than the last year. Last year Reggie had class so we didn't even go outside. Maddie just dressed up like a duck and helped hand out candy.

Carving Pumpkins
On October 28th we carved/colored pumpkins. When we went to Eveland Farms Madalynn picked out 4 pumpkins for us to carve. By the time we carved them, one was rotten. Madalynn didn't want to take the seeds out or carve the pumpkins. She just wanted to color them. She wasn't very happy when I told her we were done coloring.

Pumpkin Patch
At Eveland Farms they also had a hayride, pumpkins and a corn maze. I couldn't believe how cheap it was for all of the fun stuff for the girls. I definitely will have to keep this place in mind for next year.
Farm Animals
On October 12th Jenny and I took the girls to Eveland Farms. They have a ton of animals there. They have donkeys and horses roaming the farm. They also have goats, llamas, cows, pigs, chickens and others. Madalynn loved looking at all of the animals. Here are some pictures:

The Girls
Here are some recent pictures of the girls. They are both doing great and we really did miss them this weekend. It is great being a parent even though they might drive you a little CRAZY at times!!!
