Class reunion

We had our class reunion this last weekend. It was nice to see people that I haven't seen since we graduated. I was dissapointed that more people didn't come. I think we only had about 50 people come to the dinner on Saturday.

Gymnastics

I decided to put Madalynn in gymnastics about a month ago. She went for 5 weeks and the last night of class family could come. Reggie saw how much fun it is to chase around a 21 month old and try to keep her focused. She did actually quite well. She knows how to do a summersault and then say "tada" It was nice to have some time with Madalynn without Emma. I wanted some Maddie and Mommy time!!

By the way...Madalynn is not doing the potty training thing anymore. She just decided that she had enough. I will give her a few months and then try again.

Bria

On Saturday I took the girls up to Deer Creek for Ginger's shower. It was so nice to see Bria again. She is getting so big. She now weighs 8 pounds 4 ounces...not even as much as Emma weighed at birth. Reggie's cousin also had a wedding reception that we went to. Maddie was finally able to dance at a reception. She loved it!! I couldn't find my camera so I don't have any pictures of that.

I am now back at work. It is going good. We had some daycare issues but I believe that is all resolved now. I have to get going to bed. The getting up at 6am is still hard. I need to figure out how to get stuff done at night and get to bed before 10pm!

Scrapbooking and Organizing

On Friday we picked up our niece Sami to watch the girls for the weekend. I wanted to get some scrapbooking done (I was about 1 year behind). I also had an appointment to get my hair cut too. Reggie wanted to organize the garage and do a bunch of other stuff around the house.

Madalynn loved playing with Sami. The only problem was that Madalynn didn't want Sami to hold Emma at all. She was able to hold her and help out with her when Madalynn was asleep. Atleast Emma is pretty easy and doesn't need to be held all of the time.

Potty Training

So I decided to drive myself nuts and try to potty train Madalynn. I figured that since it is my last week home before I go back to work, I should be productive, right?! I didn't think taking 2 summer classes was productive enough!! I just started yesterday and so far she has went poop 3 times and pee 2 times in the potty. She did not even go in the pull up today, atleast not yet!!! She doesn't really tell me if she has to go but she will run to the bathroom or say no. I will keep you posted on how it is going.

Jason, Bridget and Carson Grenier came down to the cities this weekend. The guys had a bachelor party on Saturday. Bridget and I went shopping Saturday and left the kids with the boys. It was so nice to shop without the kids.
