On Monday Reggie paged me at work to tell me that Maddie had her finger slammed in the door at daycare and needed stitches. He took her to urgent care and I met him there. Her hand was wrapped pretty good and the bandages were soaked with blood. It looked like it hurt so bad. Maddie was such a trooper though. She didn't even cry when they soaked her hand an took an xray. She did cry pretty hard when they were cleaning it and stitching it back up but I don't blame her. Emma and Reggie were in the waiting room and could hear her screaming. Emma turned to Reggie and said "Maddie...go see" She wanted to come and see why Maddie was crying...what a great sister!!! It looks like Maddie is going to be one tough cookie. What a brave little girl! You won't have to worry about boys with her, she'll be able to take care of herself!
